If it’s possible for us to share ready garment measurements for those pieces, we’ll be happy to let you know. Do note, however, that our garments are thoughtfully designed to be adaptive and inclusive — meant to move with you through different phases and needs.
Many of our styles are designed with a flexible fit, giving you the freedom to wear them across sizes. For example:
- Size M works comfortably across XS, S, and M
- Size XL works comfortably across L, XL, and XXL
If you’re at the smaller end of the size range, you’ll find the fit more relaxed. If you’re at the higher end, it will feel more fitted — both are part of the intended design philosophy of ease and versatility.
For tops, jackets, and dresses: we recommend the smaller option. For bottoms: it’s best to stick to your usual size for the right fall.
No, we don’t leave extra margins. Every piece is carefully finished with French seams to ensure durability and longevity.
No, we do not offer alterations or customisations. Each garment is thoughtfully designed, finished, and quality checked before it reaches you.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch most orders within 7–10 working days. We keep our inventory quite limited and primarily work on a made-to-order model. However, if the item you’ve ordered is available in stock, we ship within 2 working days.
If you need your order earlier, please WhatsApp us at +91 8527555292 before placing it. If the piece is readily available in inventory, we can ship it sooner. For made-to-order pieces, early delivery depends on fabric processing and production timelines — as we dye, print, and embroider our fabrics in-house.

We offer free shipping within India when you pay online. A flat shipping fee of ₹300 is applicable on all COD orders.

Yes, if you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the garment usually moves into production and changes may not be possible.
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Each piece is either made to order or taken from our limited inventory, which means canceling later could mean someone else who wished to purchase it may have missed the chance.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges and store credit, but not refunds (unless we’ve sent an incorrect or faulty item). Please note that discounted and custom pieces are final sale.
Write to us at hello@omally.in with Subject: EXCHANGE REQUEST. Once approved, you can ship the garment back to us. Reverse pickups are not available at the moment.
We do not offer reverse pick-ups. The cost of any return or exchange is to be borne by the customer. While sending us your order, please make sure the sender name and order name are the same or mention your order number clearly on the parcel. This helps us avoid delays in processing.
No refunds, except in the rare case of fulfillment errors (wrong or missing product).
Payment
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders at an additional charge of ₹300.

Fabric & Care
Omally works only with sustainable fabrics like organic cotton, Tencel, Peace Silk, and cotton-silk blends — each chosen for its lower environmental impact and enduring quality.
Each fabric requires a slightly different care method. Please read the Fabric Care section on the product’s design page or check the care label on your garment once received.
Most fabrics are pre-washed, but a slight shrinkage (up to 2–3%) may occur with natural fabrics.
Since we use natural dyes, hand-block printing, and small-batch artisanal processes, slight variations in color, texture, or print placement are part of the garment’s character. Colors may also appear slightly different on screens due to device display settings.

Yes, we’d be happy to wrap your order as a gift. Just mention it in the notes at checkout.
