SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Omally. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Omally operates on a limited inventory and made-to-order model to reduce overproduction and waste. Some garments are produced only after your order is placed.

If the item you have ordered is already available in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING

Many of our fabrics are dyed, printed, and embroidered in-house. Because of this, dispatch timelines may vary depending on:

  • Fabric processing time
  • Production schedules
  • Finishing and quality checks

We appreciate your patience as each piece is crafted thoughtfully.

3. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We currently ship within India only.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹300.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability. While most shipments are delivered within standard courier timelines, Omally is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Early dispatch is subject to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Fabric processing timelines
  • Production capacity

If the piece is readily available in inventory, we may be able to dispatch it sooner.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, Omally does not offer international shipping. We are working towards enabling this service in the future.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Omally shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

As many of our pieces are either made to order or drawn from limited inventory, cancellations beyond this period may not be accommodated.
