SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Omally follows a limited inventory and made-to-order model to reduce overproduction and waste. Some pieces are produced only after your order is placed.
If the item is already available in inventory, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. EARLY DELIVERY REQUESTS
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at hello@omally.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8527555292 before placing your order.
Early dispatch is subject to:
- Inventory availability
- Fabric processing timelines
- Production capacity
Many of our fabrics are dyed, printed, and embroidered in-house, and timelines may vary accordingly.
3. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
- We offer free shipping within India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹300.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, Omally does not offer international shipping. We are working towards enabling this service in the future.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to dispatch orders within the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to fabric processing, production timelines, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will keep you informed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
6. OVERVIEW
Due to the time, craftsmanship, and labour involved in creating each piece, Omally does not offer refunds, except in cases of fulfillment errors (incorrect or missing items).
We offer size exchanges only, subject to eligibility and stock availability.
7. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, washing, staining, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alteration.
- Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please email hello@omally.in with Subject: EXCHANGE REQUEST and include your order number.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
All returned garments undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Omally reserves the right to determine whether the returned product meets exchange eligibility criteria.
If the garment does not pass inspection due to visible wear, damage, stains, washing, missing tags, or any condition that makes it unsellable:
- The exchange request will not be approved.
- The product will be shipped back to the customer.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We recommend trying garments carefully to avoid damage or marking.
9. REVERSE PICKUPS
We do not offer reverse pick-up services.
Customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own cost.
While sending the parcel back:
- Ensure the sender name matches the order name
- Clearly mention your order number on the parcel
This helps us avoid processing delays.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGE
Omally reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if:
- The request is made beyond the 48-hour window
- The product fails quality inspection
- The product is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale
- The item was purchased during a sale or promotional discount
Our decision in such cases will be final and communicated transparently.
11. REFUNDS
Refunds are only processed in the case of:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Missing item
- Verified manufacturing defect
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after confirmation.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
As many of our pieces are either made to order or drawn from limited inventory, cancellations beyond this period may not be accommodated. Late cancellations may prevent another customer from purchasing the garment.
