This website is operated by Omally. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Omally. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our website.

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Omally follows a limited inventory and made-to-order production model.

Some garments are produced only after an order is placed. While we strive to maintain accurate stock information, availability may occasionally change due to inventory or production limitations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any product
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse any order at our discretion
4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

We offer:

  • Prepaid payment options
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within India at an additional charge of ₹300

Failure of payment authorization may result in cancellation of your order.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

As many of our pieces are made to order or drawn from limited inventory, cancellations beyond 24 hours may not be accommodated.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • There is suspicion of fraudulent activity

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

6. SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days, unless the item is available in inventory (in which case dispatch may occur within 2 working days).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations. Omally is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Currently, we ship within India only.

7. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Omally offers size exchanges only, subject to eligibility and inspection.

We do not offer refunds except in cases of:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Missing item
  • Verified manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Omally reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

8. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However:

  • Screen settings may affect color appearance.
  • Slight variations may occur due to natural dyes, hand-block printing, and artisanal processes.

Such variations are not considered defects.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and product concepts — is the intellectual property of Omally.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Omally shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Losses resulting from misuse of products
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to artisanal processes

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content or services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party websites and do not warrant their content.

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To solicit others to perform illegal acts
  • To infringe upon our intellectual property
  • To upload viruses or malicious code

Violation may result in termination of your access.
